Hot Inferno Pilates! | 11AM Saturday’s & 7:30AM Sunday’s

Hot Pilates com­bines car­dio and mus­cle ton­ing in a heated room. The high inten­sity inter­val train­ing keeps your heart rate up, help­ing you burn fat. The Pilates prin­ci­ples sculpt your body, cre­at­ing long lean mus­cle mass. The heat loosens up the mus­cles quickly, and the humid­ity makes you sweat — ele­vat­ing your heart rate, boost­ing metab­o­lism, and pro­mot­ing detoxification. Using Pilates prin­ci­ples, Inferno Hot Pilates is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out. It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humid­ity. It is designed for all fit­ness levels. The Inferno Hot Pilates class is for every­one to enjoy. Pre­pare to be inspired, to sweat, to work hard — and of course, to feel great.

Hot Vinyasa! | Tuesday’s @ 6:30pm

BYC Yoga26’s Hot Vinyasa is a vigorous, flowing style of yoga focusing on the connection of breath and movement, and is suitable for all levels. Sequenced in an accessible manner, the postures transition from one to the next using breath as the connector. Each class is thoughtfully designed by your instructor, and taught in a heated room with 40% humidity. Suitable for all levels, the sequence features the classic sun salutation, as well as postures familiar to Hot26 students. Hot26 students in particular will find it to be a great complement to their regular practice as it introduces new asanas and body mechanics that promote strength in the upper body.

Yoga Nidra! | Second Sunday of Every Month at 6:30pm

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that promotes a deep state of relaxation. Often called yogic sleep, this systematic practice can be done by anyone seeking a way to calm their mind and body and alleviate stress and anxiety. Even if you’ve struggled to meditate in the past, you can undertake this practice. While resting comfortably in shavasana, you will be guided through several stages of meditation, focusing on intention, breath, body awareness and a sense of peace.

StretchMelt! | Third Sunday of Every Month at  11am

Join Jeris Quinn in this 90-minute functional mobility and fascial stretching workshop. You will learn about the most prevalent yet least understood tissue in the body, the fascial “net” or fascial “web” that connects and wraps around the body. From repetitive or poor movement patterns the fascial web can become dehydrated and impaired leading to chronic pain, poor posture, and structural imbalances. Class will begin standing with posture and breathing assessments. As opposed to targeting single isolated muscles, we will be working with small chains of muscles and single joints. We then transition to larger chains and multiple joints on the floor for a variety of flowing and constantly moving, pain-free mobilizations and stretches to manipulate, lengthen, re-align, re-organize, and re-hydrate your fascia. You will be amazed at how great you will feel after stretching and melting away the “issues in your tissues”!

Yin Yoga! | Third Sunday of Every Month at  6:30pm

Yin Yoga is a simple yet challenging form that encourages you to find the “edge” of your body’s awareness through a slow-paced, compassionate practice. The meditative approach facilitates a deeper stretch of connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons and fascia, while improving strength, flexibility and circulation in the joints. Postures are held much longer than our Hot26 or Vinyasa classes, but gently encourage mindfulness and careful relaxation. You will find this practice is accessible to all levels of yogis from novice to the experienced and is a beautiful compliment to Bikram (26+2) and Vinyasa styles.

26+2 Fundamentals | (check schedule for dates)

Hot26 Fundamentals is a workshop designed especially for students who want to increase their comprehension and maximize the benefits of the their yoga practice. This monthly two hour program will deepen your understanding of the 26+2 sequence, whether you are a newbie, beginner or advanced student. Kat Kelley-Chung tailors each clinic to the students in attendance, ensuring the most personalized group instruction available.

Signature | Hot26

HOT26 is a beginner level hot yoga class —the classical Primary26 posture series as taught by Bikram Choudhury. In this class students are encouraged to move slow and deliberately and to focus on the flow of energy and breath in each posture. Drop-ins are $25

HOTFlow26: (9:45AM Tuesday|Thursday; 4:30PM Monday|Wednesday|Friday; 6:30PM Thursday)
This 75 minute rendition of the HOT26 sequence almost strips the “standing savasana” out of the standing series and some postures flow from one to the other without pause as a set. It’s a bit more aerobic but also quite meditative. Drop-ins are $25
